New Perspectives…
Breaking and Nourishing Cycles with Jamie. Life is intricately woven into the natural cycles of the Earth, the Moon, our own, birth and death, along with our unique generational and ancestral cycles. As energetic beings, we are finding our paths on Earth as we build upon the foundations established before us and that we have established. We continuously cultivate new skills and relationships, as we grow and nourish ourselves physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Two significant cycles that profoundly impact our journey are the breaking cycle and the nourishing cycle.
Both the breaking and nourishing cycles are intricately entwined with the natural ebb and flow of the Earth, Moon and ourselves. By embracing and honoring these cycles, we can navigate life's fluctuations with heightened awareness and resilience, integrating ourselves into the larger tapestry of the natural world through our journeys of personal growth and transformation.
Guided Nature Immersion Stroll with Kristy. As the sun peeks through the towering trees, casting dappled shadows on the forest floor, a gentle guided nature immersion stroll begins. The forest beckons its visitors to immerse themselves in its tranquility. The air is crisp and imbued with the earthy scent of damp moss and pine needles. As we approach the end of the trail, a hidden treasure awaits—a secluded meadow, bathed in golden sunlight that dances through the gaps of the surrounding trees. Here, time seems inconsequential, allowing for connection with nature's harmonious embrace. We will spend time here in solitude and contemplation before we return to the retreat site.
Transformational Breathwork with Jamie. Transformational Breathwork is a holistic practice that combines conscious connected breathing with various therapeutic techniques to facilitate personal growth and transformation. It is based on the belief that our breath is not only a vital life force but also a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, and self-empowerment.
During a Transformational Breathwork session, individuals engage in a specific breathing pattern that involves deep, rhythmic inhalations and exhalations. This pattern allows for the release of physical, mental, and emotional blockages while increasing the oxygen flow throughout the body. By consciously focusing on the breath and maintaining a connected flow, individuals can access deeper states of consciousness and tap into their inner wisdom.
Howl and Release Ceremony at Fireside with Jamie and Kristy. Gather by the fireside and immerse yourself in the warm ambiance. Sip on Wassail, a warm spiced cider filled with blessings, and embrace the mystical energy of the night. Engage in a cathartic howl and release ceremony, shedding the layers that no longer serve you. Draw intuitive cards, allowing their wisdom to guide your path. Engage in meaningful connections, as you mingle with kindred spirits around the fireside.
A morning meditation of Gratitude with Jamie. Meditation can feel daunting to some. Where to start? What to listen to? How to turn off your mind? Am I doing it right? In this guided meditation, Jamie will gently lead you into a place of tranquility and help ease you into your own beautiful process. Let her help you find the stillness you are eager to discover.
Walking the Path of the Wild Woman: Returning Home to Yourself with Kristy. The souls of women have their own cycles and seasons of doing and solitude, running and staying, being involved and being removed, questing and resting, creating and incubating, being of the world and returning to our instinctive soul selves. Once we lived by these cycles and seasons year and year and passed this wisdom down to our daughters. When we deviate from our natural cycles, we dry out and suffer from tiredness and homesickness. In this workshop, we will learn and discuss what it means to “go home” to our souls and joyful ways we can honor the natural cycles of doing in the world and being in ourselves.
All inclusive, nourishing, home cooked meals - breakfast, 2 lunches, dinner, snacks and drinks.
You time. Plenty of time to journal, reflect, relax in a hammock, walk the meditation spiral, color, draw, and be creative, or mingle with new friends.

Jamie is a licensed and certified Level 3 Usui Reiki Practitioner through Natural Healer, a certified Alternative Healing Practitioner, a certified EFT/Tapping Facilitator and the owner of Sacred Symmetry, also in Arvada. She is experienced in teaching classes around mindfulness, meditation, and stress management. Her work requires her to listen to her clients, observe their non-verbal cues, and be sensitive to their energy needs while restoring them into balance. She is grounded in mindfulness and wellness and brings a sense of peace and calm to any situation. Jamie is a helper at heart and a firm believer that we are energetic beings having a physical experience.
Reiki is a holistic Japanese technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and spiritual healing. This non-invasive approach requires the placement of the practitioner’s hands over the body or in some cases resting gently on the body. Reiki originates from the root words Rei, meaning higher knowledge or spiritual consciousness, and Ki meaning life energy. Reiki, as a whole, is spiritually guided life energy. It is no secret that we are all made of energy along with everything that surrounds us. Our bodies are susceptible to illness, disease, and inflammation when there is a restriction in the flow of energy. Not only does this cause physical ailments but it also causes emotional turmoil and stress.Reiki seeks to restore the flow and provide balance through immediate stress reduction, relaxation, reduce anxiety, pain management, and activating your body’s own natural ability to heal itself promoting overall well-being.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress. It’s also referred to as tapping and is similar to acupressure. EFT is helpful in treating those with anxiety, phobias, and PTSD. EFT focuses on the meridian points — or energy hot spots — to restore balance to your body’s energy. It’s believed that restoring this energy balance can relieve symptoms a negative experience or emotion may have caused. By tapping on these meridians while expressing a positive affirmation designed to restore the flow of energy, the physical as well as mental pain and anguish can be greatly diminished or eliminated. It has been an authorized treatment for war veterans with PTSD, and it has demonstrated some benefits as a treatment for anxiety, depression, physical pain, and insomnia.

What People Are Saying
“I don't have enough words to describe my amazing experience with Jamie. The space is peaceful and beautiful, the thoughtfulness that went into everything about my session-the music/frequency she played, the stones used, the comforts offered, the in-depth reading she got from me...all enhanced and opened my mind and grounded my body. I walked away feeling so relaxed, like I had a three hour day at the spa. Seriously! I highly recommend a session with Jamie. I'm already looking forward to my next one!”
— C.W.
“It’s difficult to put into words how profoundly amazing Kristy is at what she does. We began the session and I had ideas of what I wanted to talk about to get more clarity. Before I knew it, I was talking about something much deeper that helped in healing so many other areas of my life. Kristy is truly gifted!”
— S.C.
“A session with Kristy feels like a breath of fresh air for your body and soul, and even just one session brings about changes to thought patterns you’ve been stuck in for years.”
— M.W.
“This was a third eye-opening retreat that involves all the senses and awakens your chakras like never before. The guides were friendly, open and welcoming. I am excited for the next spiritual experience with this group. Highly recommended!”
— K.P.
“I had a session with Jamie and wow! It was insightful and healing for my mind. She is honestly very special in the healing ways and it was amazing being a not believer type person and what she was able to see and help with in my life.”
— A.K.
“I went into this experience excited and with an open mind. I'm not sure what expectations I had, but whatever they were they were exceeded in every way. I didn't have any spiritual awakening or out of body experience (I would be open to it happening, but I must not be ready), but I did come out with some extremely valuable insight and tools that I will carry with me for a long time. I was also able to connect with my sister -in-law which is something I think we have both been yearning for for a long time. Jamie, Kristy, and Melissa were so amazing in each of their own specialties. I can't believe it was their first retreat because everything felt so smooth, stress free, intentional, peaceful, meaningful, etc. There was also a lot of delicious food!”
— C.F.
