Nourish and Renew

Spring Equinox Gathering

March 19th, 2023: 1:30 to 3:30 pm MDT

Coal Creek Canyon, Colorado

Find Your Balance…

Spring is symbolized by new beginnings and growth, the desire to emerge after a long, cold Winter. The world is waking, the days are getting longer and warmer.  Are you feeling this itching to wake up and move?  Wanting to start, grow, or create something new?

Please join us on March 19th at 1:30pm as we dive into the meaning of Spring, and tap into the energy of our emerging Spring. This is a great opportunity to better understand how Spring shows in our individual lives, what we can learn from this time of year, and how to use the wisdom of the natural world to help us find balance and new growth in our own life!

This event will be both indoors and outdoors, and include contemplation, discussion and movement.  Be prepared for being outside for part of it- layers, jacket, gloves, water, good traction shoes- as the event is in Coal Creek Canyon at ~8200’ elevation (though participants are welcome to stay in as well!)

Feel free to bring a journal, or some way to capture your observations.  We will provide directions, details and weather updates.

This is for you if-

  • You've been struggling to get out of ‘Winter’- feeling sluggish, stuck, lacking direction

  • You are ready to learn more about this shift you feel at this time of year

  • Are seeking ease, balance, connection with other like-minded folk

  • Are ready to create something, or see life, anew!

If you can relate to any of these, this event is for you.  You will come away feeling refreshed, nourished and renewed, open and ready for the coming Spring!

Hosted by Kristy Riveland with Soul Water Studio and Joelle Dunaetz with Dancing Mountain Storm.
